Family Resource Center

Manchester Public Schools offers Family Resource Centers (FRC) at every elementary school and a Family Resource Coordinator at Illing Middle School.

Each site delivers the same core services:

• Family engagement
• Outreach and support
• Positive youth development
• Resources and referrals
• Playgroups (at the elementary level)

Funding for the program comes primarily from the district’s Alliance Grant, the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, and Title I.
