A Fairfield University graduate, Mr. Geary taught Math at Amity Regional High School in Woodbridge before serving as the Assistant Principal and then Principal of Watertown High School.  He was later hired as principal of Manchester High School in 2012. After two full years there, he was appointed superintendent in July 2014. He and wife Lisa have four children, one each at MHS, Illing, Bennet and Keeney.

Karen Clancy spent 16 years with Wethersfield Public Schools, rising from administrative assistant to director of business services. She then served as Business Manager for Watertown and Cromwell schools before joining Manchester. She holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master’s in Educational Leadership from Central CT State University. She and husband Brian live in Newington with two grown children.

Nicholas Jones

Mr. Jones was principal at Hartford’s Simpson Waverly School for 6 years, earning recognition as one of the city’s most improved in climate and culture. At Verplanck, he fostered a positive environment through collaboration, ensuring all students are challenged and supported. A data-driven leader, he’s committed to equity, race work, and student success.

Dr. Amy Radikas

Dr. Radikas became the chief academic officer for Manchester public schools in 2012. She previously spent 6 years at the CT State Dept. of Education aiding 15 Priority School Districts, and 15 years as a teacher, reading consultant, and PK-5 Language Arts Coordinator. With husband Raymond, she has two children; weekends are packed with family events and youth sports.

Latasha Easterling-Turnquest is Chief of Family Partnership & Student Engagement for Manchester Public Schools, serving 15+ years. She oversees 7 Family Resource Centers, parent trainings, councils, partnerships, student engagement, and K-8 registration. She led youth programs, workshops, playgroups, home visits, and screenings. With a Master’s in Education from UHart, she builds capacity and reduces barriers. Her motto: “The higher you go, the more you serve.”
