Department Overview
The Purchasing Department supports Manchester Public Schools by coordinating the procurement of goods, services, and supplies needed for daily operations and educational programs. The department works to ensure purchases are made efficiently, competitively, and in compliance with district policies and state regulations. Purchasing also assists staff with vendor relations, purchase orders, bidding processes, and procurement procedures to help maintain responsible stewardship of district resources.
