Accounts Payable
Department Overview
The Accounts Payable Department is responsible for processing and managing payments for Manchester Public Schools. We work to ensure vendors, service providers, and partners are paid accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with district financial procedures and purchasing policies. The department also assists staff with invoice processing, purchase orders, reimbursement requests, and payment-related inquiries.
