We spend a lot of time each week compiling as complete a list as we can of what's happening in our schools and throughout our town -- and then we share this newsletter with as many people as possible. If you know of something we're missing, there's info below on how you can let us know. And if you like 'OneManchester' just click here to subscribe.
Community members are welcome to attend any info sessions -- including those held as part of PTA meetings -- to learn about the referendum. You can see the complete schedule here and if you want to see the material that is reviewed during the presentation, it's right here.
Also: We've got more town events listed in our 'OneMan Central' log (and the town events calendar is another trove of information). As for the schools, you can also check out MPS Central, which lists future district happenings, half-days and more. And if we are missing anything, anywhere, just email firstname.lastname@example.org to add an item.
Humans of Manchester
Wednesday was National School Nurse Day and this is also Teacher Appreciation Week ... so we've added to the gallery one of each -- Margaret Minguy and Michelle Patrick. Visit our gallery (it's on both Facebook and Instagram) to learn about them.
Rec softball players (including these guys in action earlier tonight at Nike Site) are as passionate as any athletes anywhere, although not always as athletic as athletes elsewhere. Interested in local sports? Check out OneManchester Sports Centralfor our news and notes.
We Didn't Forget ...
To Manchester Moms,
Happy Mother's Day!
ONEMANCHESTER is compiled by Jim Farrell and Paul Ofria of the school district's communications office based on contributions from people and institutions throughout town. Jim, the district's communications director, can be reached at email@example.com or 860-268-6377.
