Student/Parent Portal


Calling In an Absence
Parent/Guardian should call the Attendance Office (860-647-3518) on the day of
the absence, for each day the student is not in school.
Please provide the following information at the tone:

  • Name of person calling (spell first and last names)
  • Student's name (spell first and last name)
  • Student's ID# and grade.
  • Reason for absence (detailed) and date of absence.

Bullying Reporting Procedures

The Manchester Board of Education has the responsibility to create and maintain a school environment free from bullying, harassment and discrimination. Safe School Climate Plan represents a comprehensive approach to promoting a school climate in which bullying is not tolerated by students and school employees.

Log in to view your account information

Go to the library/textbook database at http://destiny.mpspride.org/
  • Choose "Manchester High School"
  • Login using your typical school username and student ID password
Ex: Username: 14imstdt
Pw: 12345
  • Click on the My Info tab then choose Patron Status from the tab on the left
  • Logoff on the top left when you are done

Manchester High School has made available the Home Access Center (HAC) web portal for parents and students.

Once a username and password are acquired, you will have internet access to securely view the student's schedule, grades, attendance and assignment information

Manchester High School is committed to
fostering student development both
academically and socially through a strong
student activities program. M.H.S. offers a wide
variety of co-curricular activities including clubs,
organizations and athletics. We believe that
participation in school activities develops skills,
provides direction in goal setting, and
contributes ultimately to a positive school

UConn Early College Experience

UConn Early College Experience (ECE) is a concurrent enrollment program that allows motivated high school students to take UConn courses at their high schools for both high school and college credit. Every course taken through UConn ECE is equivalent to the same course at the University of Connecticut. Students benefit by taking college courses in a warm setting that is both familiar and conducive to learning
